TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of this project, the contractor will provide general planning services, including the overarching overall coordination of all planning and technical stakeholders, as well as the necessary expert and consultancy services. It is to be expected that several individual orders for different sites will need to be processed at the same time or almost at the same time. The services are to be provided specifically for each project at each site and adapted to the local conditions and framework conditions, so that a consistent plan can be developed on that basis. On this basis, the general planner shall establish the buildable/approvable nature of the structure, obtain the building permit, and prepare complete, tender-ready tender documents for commissioning the general contractor for the container construction. At the same time, they shall support the contracting authority (AG) in a technical manner by binding the general contractors for the containers and the one or more contractors for the external areas through a tendering procedure.
