TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of this project, the contractor shall provide general planning services, including the overall coordination of all planning and specialist parties and the necessary expert and advisory services. It is expected that multiple individual contracts for different sites will have to be processed simultaneously or almost simultaneously. The services are to be provided site-specifically for each project and adapted in each case to the local circumstances and framework conditions, so that a consistent planning approach can be built upon. On this basis, the general planner shall produce the building’s readiness for approval, obtain the building permit, and prepare complete, tender-ready tender documents for awarding the general contractor contract for the container construction. At the same time, the general planner shall support the contracting authority (AG) from a technical standpoint by binding the general contractors to the containers and the one or more companies for the external works area through a tender procedure.
