TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of this project, the contracting party provides general contractor services. The accommodation required—so-called “Central Accommodation Facilities” (ZUE)—is intended to provide space for predominantly between 200 and 700 residents, including the required functional areas. The construction of the facilities is coordinated with the host municipalities. The intended duration of use is long-term; as a rule, it is 5 years. The land plots intended for the accommodation are, as a rule, in municipal ownership. Their suitability for use as a ZUE is, in principle, clarified at the time the mini-competitions are launched. This means that the plots are generally connected to the transport network and that utility connections along the property line (electricity, water, gas and wastewater) are generally available. The installation of a medium-voltage connection by means of transformers may be required. The core component of the general contractor services within the mini-competitions is the construction in accordance with a model specifications document.
