TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under this project, the contracting party provides general contractor services. The accommodation required — so-called “Central Accommodation Facilities” (ZUE) — are intended to offer space for predominantly between 200 and 700 residents, including the required functional rooms. The construction of the facilities is coordinated with the site municipalities. The intended period of use is long-term; as a rule it is 5 years. The parcels of land intended for the accommodation are, as a rule, in municipal ownership. Their suitability for use as ZUE has, in principle, been clarified at the time the mini-competitions begin. This means that the plots are generally provided with transport access and that utility connections along the plot (electricity, water, gas and wastewater) are generally available. Connection to the medium-voltage supply using transformers may be required. The core component of the general contractor services as part of the mini-competitions is the construction in accordance with a sample performance specification.
