TENDER DESCRIPTION

The University Hospital Cologne (UKK) intends to enter into a framework agreement for consulting and project management services in the areas of laboratory specialist consulting and digitalisation specialist consulting. The objective of the procurement is the UKK’s needs-based support in planning, controlling and implementing digitalisation measures, as well as the optimisation of laboratory- and hospital-related processes. The services are commissioned on a project basis through individual call-offs on the basis of person-days (PT). The scope of services includes in particular: - Taking over project management and project control, including project planning, project controlling, reporting, decision papers, coordination of the project team, and steering complex multi-projects, - Professional support for procurement and tendering procedures (without legal advice), in particular preparation of specifications (requirements documents) and bills of quantities/service descriptions, conducting market analyses, developing professional suitability and evaluation criteria, accompanying bidder meetings, professional evaluation of offers including a contract award recommendation, as well…
