TENDER DESCRIPTION
- Conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 24 months for the provision of printing and multifunction devices against a monthly fee - Demand- and timely provision of the printing and multifunction systems ordered under the respective individual call-off to the place of use free of charge - Installation of the printing and multifunction systems at the installation site (rollout) - Warranty, maintenance and servicing services with on-site support over the service period of 60 months with defined response times - Provision of a full service for operational logistics with maintenance kits and consumable-dependent components (toner, maintenance kits, imaging units, etc.) over the service period of 60 months - Instruction of operating personnel for each installation site - Instruction of the administrators - Collection of the devices at the end of the service period - Data deletion from data storage media after collection of the devices
