TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the district of the Straßenmeisterei Burgwedel, ditches in the extensive-use area are to be mown. This concerns ditch areas along the roads, slopes, swales and the areas between the end of the roadside ditch mowing work and the boundary to the adjacent property. The mowing area begins at the roadside edge of the ditch and ends at the boundary of the property on the side of the adjacent landowner, approx. 50 cm from the ditch edge on the field side. The distance from the roadside edge of the ditch to the carriageway edge is max. 3.00 m. The ditch bottoms are 0.80 to 4.00 m deeper than the respective road level; the side-slope gradients have a gradient ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.5. The vegetation consists of grass and various wild herbs. The mowing work is to be carried out from the county road, the cycle path or the footpath. Impairments caused by traffic signs, delineator posts, installations, crash barriers, trees, etc. are to be included in the unit prices. The existing stand of trees is 10 to 25 m.
