TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is a framework agreement for the temporary provision of software (Microsoft 365 E3 FSA licenses, Microsoft 365 E3 FUSL, SA SQL Server Standard (SA), SA SQL Server Enterprise (SA)) under a valid Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. NRW.BANK has the option to extend the subject matter of the contract pursuant to paragraph 1 by licenses for Microsoft 365 E5 Upgrade (StepUp E3 to E5), Project Online Plan 3 and/or Visio Online Plan 2. During the term of the framework agreement, it may exercise this option at any time by unilateral declaration to the contracting party (contractor). The framework agreement is concluded with one company. NRW.BANK places orders for the required software (licenses) under the framework agreement by unilateral declaration in text form or in electronic form. The placing of orders is permitted within the term of this framework agreement to the extent and for as long as this is compatible with the Enterprise Agreement.
