TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is a framework agreement for the temporary provision of software (Microsoft 365 E3 FSA licenses, Microsoft 365 E3 FUSL, SA SQL Server Standard (SA), SA SQL Server Enterprise (SA)) from an existing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. NRW.BANK has the option to extend the subject of the contract pursuant to paragraph 1 by licenses for Microsoft 365 E5 Upgrade (StepUp E3 to E5), Project Online Plan 3 and/or Visio Online Plan 2. It may exercise this option at any time during the term of the framework agreement by means of a unilateral statement to the contracting party. The framework agreement is concluded with one company. NRW.BANK calls off the required software (licenses) under the framework agreement by means of a unilateral statement in text form or in electronic form. The call-off is permitted during the term of this framework agreement to the extent and as long as this is compatible with the Enterprise Agreement.
