TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the invitation to tender comprises the full postal service relating to the mail items of the State Police Inspectorate Gera and its subordinate authorities. The postal service corresponds to commercial carriage within the meaning of § 3 item 4 in conjunction with item 15 of the Postal Act (PostG, in the currently applicable version) and includes the collection of frankless, unsorted letter and registered items at the contracting authority’s collection points from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays), the sorting, where applicable further forwarding and then guaranteed domestic delivery in accordance with §§ 12, 18 PostG to addressees from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays), as well as the carriage of mail to international addressees.
