TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the invitation to tender includes all-encompassing postal services concerning postal items of the State Police Inspectorate Gera and its subordinate offices. The postal service corresponds to commercial carriage within the meaning of Section 3, item 4 in conjunction with item 15 of the Postal Act (PostG, in the currently valid version) and includes the collection of frankless, unsorted letter and registered mail items at the collection points of the contracting authority from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays), sorting, and if applicable forwarding, and then guaranteed domestic delivery in accordance with Sections 12, 18 of the Postal Act (PostG) to addressees from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays), as well as the carriage of mail to international addressees.
