TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender seeks to establish a Framework Agreement for the central procurement and comprehensive maintenance of Veeam licenses and products. The scope specifically includes, but is not limited to, Veeam Box Licenses (node-based subscription), Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, Veeam Data Cloud, and all other current and future Veeam offerings. Bidders are required to propose fixed discount rates for new business, such as expansions with additional VUL packages, and for subscription durations of 1, 2, 3, or 4 years, excluding contract extensions and existing license renewals. The total net contract volume for all individual orders throughout the entire contract term, including any extensions, is capped at EUR 5 million, at which point the contractual relationship will conclude.
