TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement serves for the central procurement of requirements that are uncertain in quantity and cannot be determined conclusively in scope, but are regularly recurring. The type of procurement items that will likely be required may include the following licenses and products (Technical Account Manager (TAM)) from the manufacturer Veeam: Veeam Data Platform - Premium (VUL) Veeam Kasten licenses - node-based subscription license Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 Veeam Data Cloud In this connection, the bidder shall provide fixed discount rates for new business, for example when expanding by additional VUL packages and a discount equal to one discount rate on the applicable list price for subscription terms. Excluded from the above discount rules are contract extensions as well as existing licenses (Renewals). For these, exclusively the special conditions granted by the manufacturer shall apply. The contract volume for the total amount of all individual orders (call-offs) during the entire term of the contract including extension is limited to EUR 5 million net. Once this limit is reached, the contractual relationship ends.
