TENDER DESCRIPTION
With the present procurement procedure, the Brandenburg IT service provider aims to secure competent contractors that advise the Brandenburg IT service provider under Lot 1 on all questions of individual and collective labour law as well as social and collective bargaining law (collective agreement for the public service of the federal states, TV-L) and under Lot 2 on all questions of the service law of the State of Brandenburg. The following services are assumed: - 1 workshop per year on current topics of collective bargaining, labour and service law in the respective lot - Approximately 15-20 support services per year under Lot 1 - Advice in the area of collective bargaining and labour law - Approximately 5-10 support services per year under Lot 2 - Advice in the area of service law of the State of Brandenburg Further details can be found in the service description.
