TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the present procurement procedure, the Brandenburg IT service provider aims to obtain competent contractors who will advise the Brandenburg IT service provider under Lot 1 on all matters of individual and collective labour law as well as social and collective bargaining law (Tarifvertrag für den öffentlichen Dienst der Länder, TV-L) and under Lot 2 on all matters of the civil service law of the State of Brandenburg. It is assumed that the following services will be required: - 1 workshop per year on current topics of collective bargaining, labour and civil service law in the respective lot - Approximately 15–20 support services per year under Lot 1 - Advice in the area of collective bargaining and labour law - Approximately 5–10 support services per year under Lot 2 - Advice in the area of civil service law of the State of Brandenburg Further details can be found in the description of services.
