TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Bavarian State Office for Asylum and Return (LfAR) carries out, at regular intervals, collective hearings to clarify the identity of alleged nationals of a country of origin. The contract comprises guarding, property protection and person checks for the duration of these collective hearings. The contractor provides the guarding services following separate individual assignments issued by the contracting authority for approximately 25 to 60 working days per year. The duration of the respective (individual) deployments generally varies between 1 and 20 working days. The daily deployment time is specified within the scope of the respective individual call-up. The daily framework time for the daily deployment times generally ranges from 08:00 to 20:00. The maximum call-up quantity is 24,000 deployment hours for the security personnel and 2,400 deployment hours for the shift supervisor.
