TENDER DESCRIPTION
This framework agreement serves as a basis for the acquisition of Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant licenses for the Snow Spend Optimizer product from the manufacturer Flexera, the optional maintenance of the standard software, and services such as implementation, customizing, operational support, and training provided under individual orders. The product and service portfolio is specified in detail in the price schedule. This framework agreement and its future amendments apply to all orders placed by the entitled parties for deliveries and services that are subject to this framework agreement. This framework agreement and its future amendments also apply to successor or additional products, insofar as the contracting authority invokes them.
