TENDER DESCRIPTION
This framework agreement serves as a basis for the acquisition of Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant licences of the Snow Spend Optimizer product from the manufacturer Flexera, optional maintenance of the standard software, and services such as implementation, customizing, operational support, and training provided under individual contracts. The product and service portfolio is set out in detail in the price schedule. This framework agreement and its future amendments apply to all orders placed by the authorized beneficiaries for supplies and services that are the subject of this framework agreement. This framework agreement and its future amendments also apply to follow-on or additional products, insofar as the contracting authority invokes them.
