TENDER DESCRIPTION
This framework agreement serves as the basis for the acquisition of Single-Tenant and Multi-Tenant licenses of the Snow Spend Optimizer product from the manufacturer Flexera, the optional maintenance of the standard software, and services such as implementation, customizing, operational support and training provided under individual orders. The product and services portfolio is set out in detail in the price schedule. This framework agreement and its future amendments apply to all calls off by the eligible beneficiaries for deliveries and services that are the subject of this framework agreement. This framework agreement and its future amendments also apply to follow-on or additional products, insofar as the contracting authority invokes them.
