TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the procurement procedure is the commercial consolidation of the license inventory as of 31.12.2026 under a uniform software rental contract (SaaS). On the reference date, the expiring license base (620 licenses) and the new licenses (880 licenses) are merged into a total quantity of 1,500 licenses. For the contracting authority, the transition shall take place seamlessly, without any contractual interruption and without any financial disadvantages (e.g. due to double invoicing or coverage gaps on the switchover day). As the number of employees of the contracting authority may develop dynamically in the future, the contracting authority reserves the right, over the entire contract term (including the optional extension years up to 30.12.2029), to flexibly expand with additional rental licenses.
