TENDER DESCRIPTION

This specification corresponds to a framework agreement between the City of Gelsenkirchen (lessee/contracting authority) and the contractor (lessor/supplier). The subject matter is the provision of bicycles by means of leasing (partially amortising leasing) in the form of a salary conversion for the purpose of making them available to employees of the contracting authority for business and private use (hereinafter: leased items), including insurance, training and service services (in particular processing the ordering, return and damage settlement processes, maintenance and repair, incident/failure management and providing an online portal) on the basis of individual leasing agreements between specialist bicycle dealers and employees in accordance with the terms of the specification. The contractor warrants that the service bicycle leasing model is in compliance with the applicable legal provisions and tax guidelines.
