TENDER DESCRIPTION

This performance specification corresponds to a framework agreement between the City of Gelsenkirchen (lessee/client) and the contracting party (lessor/supplier). The subject matter is the provision of bicycles by way of leasing (partial amortisation leasing) in the form of a salary sacrifice arrangement for the purpose of making them available to employees of the lessee for official and private use (hereinafter: leased items), including insurance, training and service services (in particular processing of ordering, return and claims-handling processes, maintenance and repair, incident management and provision of an online portal) on the basis of individual leasing contracts between specialist bicycle dealers and employees, in accordance with the provisions set out in the performance specification. The contracting party assures that the company bicycle leasing model is compliant with statutory provisions and tax guidelines.
