TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement consortium (AV) intends to award the contract in the form of a framework agreement to a central service provider that offers bicycle leasing in full. This includes, in addition to the actual leasing of bicycles, - the provision of insurance and service benefits (inspections, repairs), - the provision of a communication platform for order processing, claims processing and returns processing, and - all organisational and technical support required for the service provider to provide the service. At the time of this procurement, the following framework conditions of the contracting authority are deemed to be established and must be fulfilled by the contractor in their individual aspects: - a distinction between eligible and ineligible employees in accordance with the contracting authority’s specifications, i.e. employer/authority responsible for service, - a maximum ordering quantity of one bicycle per employee (same quantity as provided/allocated), - a limitation of the offer to bicycles, cargo bicycles and Pedelecs that can be ordered and provided, - exclusion of so-called S-Pedelecs for which registration plate and insurance obligations apply, - an upper…
