TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tendering consortium (AV) intends to award the contract in the form of a framework agreement to a central service provider that offers bicycle leasing in full. This includes, in addition to the actual leasing of bicycles, - the provision of insurance and service services (inspections, repairs), - providing a communications platform for order processing, damage processing and returns processing, and - all organisational and technical support required for the contractor to provide the service. At the time of this tender, the following framework conditions of the contracting authority are considered as set and must be met by the contractor in their individual form: - a distinction between authorised and unauthorised employees in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements, i.e. employers/obliging authority, - a maximum order quantity of one bicycle per employee (identical quantity to be provided for use), - limiting the offer to bicycles, cargo bicycles and Pedelecs that can be ordered and provided, - exclusion of so-called S-Pedelecs for which a registration plate and insurance are required, - an upper value limit for the bicycle including the accessories…
