TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin, the contracting authority/CA) intends to award a framework agreement to cover the requirements for chemicals, plus laboratory consumables and deuterated solvents, for TU specialist departments placing call-offs. The procurement is divided into two lots: here: - Lot 1 framework agreement: chemicals, plus laboratory consumables This lot also includes a range of associated laboratory consumables. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a company for the range of chemicals listed in the price schedule. The supplier (AN) offers a digital product catalog exclusively with the contractual product range. Access for the contracting authority (AG) to the supplier's (AN) webshop must be provided free of charge and linked to the TUB website pages (exclusively relating to the agreed product range). The supplier (AN) is obliged at least annually to provide reporting to the contracting authority (AG) (controlling/statistics).
