TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Technische Universität Berlin (TU Berlin, the contracting authority/CA) intends to award a framework agreement to cover the need for chemicals plus laboratory consumables and deuterated solvents for requesting TU departments. The tender is divided into two lots: here: - Lot 1 framework agreement: chemicals plus laboratory consumables This lot also includes a range of associated laboratory consumables. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with a company for the range of chemicals listed in the price schedule. The contractor offers a digital product catalogue exclusively with the contractual product range. Access for the CA to the contractor’s web shop is to be provided free of charge and linked to the TUB website pages (exclusively relating to the agreed product range). The contractor is obliged to provide reporting to the CA (controlling/statistics) at least annually. The contractor is obliged to implement X invoices (electronic invoicing).
