TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of a construction measure in the city rail network of the city of Bielefeld, a light rail replacement service (SEV) under the designation "SEV 1" will be established for the renovation of the switch at the Kattenkamp stop starting from 19 October 2026. The section of track blocked by the construction measure in the city rail network requires a light rail replacement service between the Sudbrackstraße and Schildesche stops. Two lots, each with 2 articulated buses, are being tendered. The expected mileage and operating hours as well as the current schedule data can be found in the service description and the corresponding route maps. Based on this framework agreement, the contracting authority can call off the provision of the defined services at the binding prices of the contractor up to the maximum quantities. There is no obligation for the contracting authority to purchase a minimum quantity. The actual demand is defined and determined solely by the contracting authority and commissioned according to the contractual regulations.
