TENDER DESCRIPTION
The district of Coesfeld intends to transfer the obligation to dispose of animal by-products pursuant to Section 3(1) and (3) of the Animal By-Product Disposal Act (TierNebG) as of 01.01.2027 by entrusting it (beleihung) to a private disposal company (entrusted undertaking, hereinafter also referred to as the entrusted party or disposal obliged party), insofar as 1. there are no overriding public interests to the contrary, 2. the operation meets the requirements for the respective type of processing referred to in Articles 6, 8 and 9 of Regulation (EU) 142/2011, and 3. it is ensured that the other provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009, the legal acts adopted on the basis of this regulation, TierNebG and the legal provisions adopted on the basis of this Act are complied with. Activities going beyond this performance description are excluded from the transfer of the disposal obligation.
