TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be performed are, for the most part, facade cleaning works in the trade being tendered. The number of orders expected per year is approximately 40, with an average order value of 2,962 Euro. This corresponds to an average of 1 order per week. The specified number of orders is based on average order values and serves only to assess the bidder’s own ability to perform. From this, neither an order guarantee nor a claim by the bidder to the aforementioned scope of awarding orders can be derived. For the placing of the contract, it is intended to bind at least 3 companies that are able to provide all services in accordance with the scope of services specification (Leistungsverzeichnis).
