TENDER DESCRIPTION

The state-owned enterprise Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen intends, as part of the present procedure, to conclude a framework agreement with a contractor for the Regional Forestry Office Arnsberger Wald for tending young growth/young stands in naturally regenerated areas with birch as the dominant species, with a slope of between 0 and 30%, 40 m spacing between rides, areas with tree growth with at most patchy clearings/defective spots (in patches), and an individual-case occurrence of bramble/European bracken/sedge on the ride/in the area. In this regard, there is a guaranteed quantity of 20 ha per year and an option quantity of up to 40 ha per year. The following work steps are to be planned for the selective maintenance intervention: 1. If applicable, opening of the marked access lines 2. Selection of Z-hold trees (mainly birch) at a distance of 10 - 12 metres 3.
