TENDER DESCRIPTION

A framework agreement is concluded with a contractor pool. All suitable tenders submitted in proper form and within the deadline via the NRW procurement marketplace are to become part of the framework agreement. A placement list (call-off protocol) is created. The bidder submitting the most favourably priced tender reaches position 1 on the placement list. The subsequent listing (“ranking”) is also determined on the basis of prices. The bidders are thus, regardless of the placement of their tender, at least potential contractors for the individual call-offs upon inclusion in the framework contract. Detailed information on the provision of the service can be found in the specifications (service description with scope of services) and the general service description. For illustration purposes, an overview map (Annex 1) is also attached to the service description. Reference is made to the AGB Forst NRW (General Terms and Conditions for Forestry NRW).
