TENDER DESCRIPTION

A framework agreement will be concluded with a pool of contractors. All suitable bids that are submitted in due form and on time via the NRW procurement marketplace (Vergabemarktplatz NRW) shall become part of the framework agreement. A placement list (call-off protocol) will be created. The bidder with the most favourably priced bid will reach place 1 of the placement list. The subsequent listing (“ranking”) is also determined on the basis of the prices. The bidders are therefore, irrespective of the ranking of their bid, in any case potential contractors for the individual call-offs by being included in the framework agreement. Detailed information on the provision of the service can be found in the specification of services (Leistungsverzeichnis) and the general description of services (allgemeine Leistungsbeschreibung). For illustration purposes, an overview map (Annex 1) is also attached to the description of services. Reference is made to the AGB Forst NRW (General Terms and Conditions of Forestry NRW).
