TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of a minimum of 1 up to a maximum of 16 compactor vehicles per collection year, each staffed with at least 1 driver and 1 co-driver/loader during peak times, including collection/loading of Christmas trees (AVV No. 20 02 01) from the Berlin city area and transport to five planned delivery points in the Berlin area. The collection is limited to 2 weeks in January each year. The required service "Collection, loading and transport of Christmas trees during peak times with compactor vehicles" is estimated at a total of approximately 1,200 hours per collection year. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with several bidders.
