The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) – Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection - as the contracting authority (AG) The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) – Authority for Justice and Ver-braucherschutz - as the contracting authority (AG) intends for Office V - Department -V1- Veterinary and Import Office Hamburg, Billstraße 80, 20539 Hamburg, to conclude a framework agreement on laboratory services for official inspection of fresh fruit, fresh herbs and spices, and other perishable goods (also frozen or cut), which are introduced via the GKS Hafen or the GKS Flughafen and are subject to a control measure, with a term of 2 years. The contract term from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027 with the option of annual contract extension up to no later than 30.09.2030.
