TENDER DESCRIPTION

To eliminate winter slipperiness on federal, state, and district roads, thawing spreading materials are used within the framework of the so-called wet salt spreading. For this purpose, rock commercial salt sodium chloride (NaCl) is used as de-icing salt and salt for the brine mixing stations. The district has five road maintenance depots, each of which forms a lot in the tender (lot 1 to 5). Lot 1 deals with the road maintenance depot Dahlen. During the winter period, the road maintenance depots are to be supplied on demand and according to quality as needed to maintain minimum material stocks depending on weather conditions and material consumption. The thawing agent to be supplied (NaCl) shall comply with DIN EN 16811-1:2016-10 in the applicable version. It must be ensured that the salt is delivered free-flowing and usable. The de-icing salt shall remain in a free-flowing and usable condition according to DIN EN 15597-1 over a period of three years with dry storage. The addition of the anti-caking agent in the required quantity and the uniform distribution in the salt are the responsibility of the bidder.
