TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is a framework agreement for the supply of: 1. Office supplies/ paper (Lot 1 - (delivery to cost centers)) and 2. Ink/toner (Lot 2 - (delivery also possible by post)) for the period 01.01.2027 - 31.12.2029 in two lots, with the option to extend the term of the framework agreement twice by 12 months each (i.e. at the latest until 31.12.2029), unless one of the contracting parties gives notice of termination in writing at the latest six months before the respective contract expires. Within a probationary period of six months from the start of the contract, the contract may be terminated by both contracting parties, without stating reasons, with a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of the month. In this respect, the contractor assumes delivery of items in accordance with the call-off lists (Lot 1 and Lot 2) for the ordering parties entitled to place orders named in Annex 1. The call-off lists (lots) may be expanded at any time during the contract term.
