TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement for the delivery of up to 378,000 t (corresponding to the required demand of 180,000 m³ with a conversion factor of 2.1 t/m³) of mixed-grain soil for the storage layer of the final cover of the Industrial Waste Disposal Facility (IAA) Dänkritz 2. The estimated and maximum quantities are specified in the tender documents. The following quality requirements apply to the material to be delivered: - Mixed-grain soil with consistently homogeneous properties, i.e. each individual delivery must comply with the quality requirements listed below. - Consistency of the clayey fractions: at least stiff (Ic ≥ 0.75) - The grain size distribution curve of the supplied material must show a continuous progression, i.e. no missing fraction. The grain size distribution of the delivered material must lie between the lower and upper envelopes defined below and must be consistently ensured over the entire delivery period. Coarse gravel and stone fractions ≥ 63 mm contained in the material must be crushed or sorted out at the extraction site. (cf.
