TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lower Saxony State Office for Data and Information (LZN) is entitled, as contracting authority and the sole body authorised to place orders, to award individual contracts on the basis of this framework agreement. It will, in order to fulfil its tasks as a central service provider for the direct state administration of Lower Saxony as well as for other public bodies, procure services under this framework agreement. In this capacity, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for the supply of detention covers. The individual contracts (call-offs) to be awarded on the basis of this framework agreement are placed by and on behalf of the LZN for the direct state administration and for other public bodies that have concluded a supply and/or service agreement with the LZN (authorised bodies). The requirements necessary for this have been included in the overall estimated requirement. The respective authorised bodies are all police service locations including the Lower Saxony islands in Lower Saxony and all police service locations in the Free State of Thuringia.
