TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN, as the contracting authority and the sole authority entitled to place orders, is authorised to award individual contracts on the basis of this framework agreement. In order to fulfil its tasks as a central service provider of the immediate Lower Saxony state administration, it will make use of services from this framework agreement. In this capacity, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with one company (§ 21 VgV) for the supply of folding warning beacons with light modules for all police offices in Lower Saxony, including the Lower Saxony islands. The individual contracts (calls) to be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement are placed by and on behalf of the LZN for all police offices in Lower Saxony (entitled offices). The needs required for this are included in the overall demand forecast. For each call, the LZN provides the contracting party with the delivery address and the contact details required for dispatch and delivery, which are assigned to one of the entitled offices.
