TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN is entitled, as the contracting authority and the only entity authorized to place orders, to conclude individual contracts on the basis of these framework agreements. It will use services under this framework agreement to fulfil its tasks as the central service provider of the Lower Saxony state administration and other public authorities. In this capacity, the contract in each case includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) for each lot for the supply of chassis and superstructure, Eastern Region (Lot 1); chassis and superstructure, Western Region (Lot 2); specialised equipment for the LF 20 KatS (Lot 3). The individual contracts (call-offs) to be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement are placed by and on behalf of the LZN for the Lower Saxony Ministry for Internal Affairs, Sport and Digitalisation (MI) and the Lower Saxony State Office for Fire and Disaster Protection (NLBK), as well as by the operators responsible for fire protection and assistance in Lower Saxony pursuant to § 1 of the NBrandSchG.
