TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN is entitled, as the contracting authority and the only call-off-authorised body, to award individual contracts on the basis of these framework agreements. It will, in order to fulfil its tasks as the central service provider of the immediate Lower Saxony state administration as well as of other public bodies, make use of services under this framework agreement. In this capacity, the contract in each case comprises the conclusion of a framework agreement with one company (§ 21 VgV) per lot for the supply of the chassis and superstructure Region East (Lot 1); chassis and superstructure Region West (Lot 2); specialist equipment for LF 20 KatS (Lot 3). The individual contracts (call-offs) to be concluded on the basis of this framework agreement are placed by and on behalf of the LZN for the Lower Saxony Ministry for Internal Affairs, Sport and Digitalisation (MI) and the Lower Saxony State Office for Fire and Disaster Protection (NLBK), as well as for the operators of fire protection and assistance in Lower Saxony in accordance with § 1 of the NBrandSchG.
