TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN is entitled as the contracting authority and the sole authorised ordering body to conclude individual contracts based on this framework agreement. It will utilise services from this framework agreement to fulfill its tasks as the central service provider for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration as well as other public bodies. In this responsibility, the contract includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VgV) per lot for the delivery of neutral large-area radio patrol vehicles for service dog handlers (Lot 1: Large-area radio patrol vehicles for service dog handlers (DHFGFUSTW); Lot 2: Neutral large-area radio patrol vehicles for service dog handlers (DHGFUSTW-N)). The authorised ordering bodies for both lots are the police departments of Lower Saxony and Bremen Police.
