TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract to be awarded is that the ZWH kitchen at the locations specified must be supplied with food deliveries to the storage rooms each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The contractor undertakes, after confirmation of performance for the individual order, to deliver the goods on the respective next delivery day between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. (performance period). The contracting authority places the call-offs by commissioning individual orders on a contractual basis under the framework agreement, at the latest one day in advance by 10:00 a.m., by email, by telephone or, if applicable, via the contractor’s online shop. It is required that the contractor confirms delivery requested by the contracting authority within a period of six hours after receipt of the call-off. The contract award is made on the basis of a framework agreement with one contractual party pursuant to § 21(3) VgV. At this point in time, it is not possible for the contracting authority to specify all individual orders in full.
