TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the contract to be awarded is that the ZWH kitchen at the named locations must be supplied with food up to the storage rooms on each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The contractor undertakes, after confirmation of performance for the individual contract/order, to deliver the goods on the respective next delivery day between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. (performance period). The services are called off by the contracting authority by commissioning individual orders on a contractual basis under the framework agreement, at the latest one day in advance by 10:00 a.m. by email, by telephone or, where applicable, via the contractor’s online shop. It is required that the contractor confirms delivery requested by the contracting authority within a period of six hours after receipt of the call-off. The service will be awarded on the basis of a framework agreement with one contracting party pursuant to Section 21(3) of the VgV (German Procurement Ordinance). At the present time, the contracting authority is not able to name all individual orders conclusively.
