TENDER DESCRIPTION

DVZ Datenverarbeitungszentrum Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH (contracting authority) intends to enter into a framework agreement for Java development on the basis of an EVB-IT service contract (long form) in order to compensate for insufficient personnel resources. The services to be called off are IT services, IT work/services, as well as—optionally for the bidder—IT services by way of temporary assignment of employees within the scope of upcoming IT projects, -initiatives and -programmes in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (M-V). Under this framework agreement, the contracting authority should be able to call off the required programming services and supporting IT services in the field of Java software development and the associated conceptual tasks which the contracting authority carries out for itself and for its customers as an IT service provider. The relevant type of service is specified with the respective individual call-off—either by a contract for order or by an individual employee temporary assignment contract.
