TENDER DESCRIPTION
DVZ Datenverarbeitungszentrum Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH (contracting authority) intends to conclude a framework agreement for Java development on the basis of an EVB-IT service contract (long form) in order to compensate for a shortage of personnel resources. The services to be called off are IT services, IT works/services, as well as—optionally for the tenderer—IT services by way of temporary staff leasing in the context of upcoming IT projects, -initiatives and -programmes in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (M-V). From this framework agreement, required programming services and supporting IT services in the area of Java software development and related conceptual tasks can be called off, which the contracting authority as an IT service provider implements for itself and its customers. The applicable type of service is specified with the respective individual call-off—by contract or individual staff leasing agreement.
