TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN is entitled as the contracting authority and the only authorized call-off entity to conclude individual contracts based on this framework agreement. It will use services from this framework agreement to fulfill its tasks as a central service provider of the immediate Lower Saxony state administration as well as other public bodies. The individual contracts (call-offs) to be concluded based on this framework agreement will be carried out by and in the name of the LZN for all police departments in Lower Saxony, including the Lower Saxony islands, which have concluded a supply or service agreement with the LZN (eligible entities). The required needs for this have been included in the overall demand estimate. For each call-off, the LZN will inform the contractor of the delivery address as well as the contact details necessary for shipping and delivery. By mutual agreement, the eligible entities may be supplemented in text form with further public bodies during the entire term of the framework agreement with the contractor, provided this does not exceed the underlying overall demand estimate.
