TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) – Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection intends, on behalf of the Authority for Interior and Sport, State Criminal Police Office as contracting authority (CA), to conclude a contract for the provision of molecular genetic analyses of oral mucosa swabs, blood samples, as well as complex forensic trace carriers. The analyses serve law enforcement and hazard prevention. The CA is looking for a reliable, accredited service provider who guarantees extremely high processing quality, contamination-free handling, and strict compliance with urgent deadlines. The contract includes logistical collection/receipt, molecular genetic processing, DNA extraction, quantification, PCR amplification, and STR typing including expert evaluation and electronic transmission of findings. It is an overall contract. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of one year from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2027, with an annual renewal option for one additional year each time up to a maximum duration of four years (30.09.2030).
