Rahmenvereinbarung über Postdienstleistungen für das Land Niedersachsen - Los 10 (LR 48/49)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The LZN is responsible for procuring goods and services for the direct Lower Saxony state administration (see § 2 of the LZN operating instructions). With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN may assume additional tasks for public-law entities within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration and for private-law companies fully owned by the public sector (see § 3 of the operating instructions). Within this scope, the LZN, as the contracting authority, awards a framework agreement on the businesslike collection and delivery of mail items up to 1000 g (excluding parcels and packages) in the guide regions 48/49 in total in one lot (§ 21 VgV). The award is made as a framework agreement with one company (§ 21 VgV) and establishes the conditions for individual contracts concluded during the term of the contract. The framework agreement does not create any obligation to accept deliveries, but it does contain an obligation on the contractor to perform services. The services may only be provided on the basis of a valid entry in the supplier directory of the Federal Network Agency in accordance with § 4 of the Postal Act (PostG).
