TENDER DESCRIPTION

The RKH hospitals of Landkreises Karlsruhe gGmbH plan, in the coming years up to and including 2030, to regularly carry out various measures for the structural further development at the locations Fürst-Stirum-Klinik Bruchsal and Rechbergklinik Bretten. These are various projects for new construction, demolition, conversion and refurbishment at the hospital site with its various buildings in Bruchsal and/or Bretten. These include in particular, but not limited to, station refurbishments and modifications, as well as construction projects within the medical functional areas and the non-medical areas that belong to hospital operations (e.g. administration, nursing school, conference rooms). The aim of these measures is to ensure high-quality hospital care in Bruchsal and Bretten. In particular, the measures may involve new construction, conversion, extension, refurbishment, modernization, infrastructure, technical and commissioning measures at the locations Fürst-Stirum-Klinik Bruchsal and Rechbergklinik Bretten.
